I once took a "Cognitive Science" class... that was supposed to be a psych class. I thought it would be interesting, and possibly even fun to look in the the psyche of the brain. No, no no. This turned in to "Our brains as compared to a Mac, and why the Mac works better." WTF??? The prof also announced that while it was listed as a 200 psych class, it really should have been listed as a 300/400 philosophy class. WTF??? Then the prof repeatedly, and I mean repeatedly, referred to me as being "filipino female." WTF???? I too, waited until the last minute to take that class. Ah, being a Bio major did suck.
